Returns 

We get it – sometimes it’s not the right size, colour, or vibe. We accept returns on full-price items if they’re in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. 

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Excludes: Sale/discounted items – store credit or exchange only 

  • You cover return shipping and create your own label

Damaged or faulty?

Email us within 48 hours at customersrule@opposable.com.au We’ll sort a repair, exchange, credit, or refund once we receive and inspect the item. 

Refunds don’t cover original shipping costs and will be processed once the return tracking shows it’s on the way back to us.
